At the end of 2020, Nowy Teatr im. Witkacego in Słupsk began its activity in a newly built building, which includes an auditorium with 240 seats for spectators. PS TEATR made a project whose main goal was to develop a modern stage technology solution. It was assumed that the stage will be used for small and large theater forms, cabarets, chamber concerts, conferences and presentations.
PS TEATR has delivered and installed a complete technological lighting system in the facility. There are moving heads PHILIPS SHOWLINE SL 300 LEDSPOT and DTS NICK 1401, ETC spotlights and SPOTLIGHT CYC 300W RGBW floodlights. The control system is based on the Chamsys MQ500 console.
The lighting installation is complemented by an intelligent control system for working and general lighting along with the use of special control panels at the entrance door to the hall, which will enable the control of the main hall lighting, work lighting, and work circuits.
96 switchable regulated / unregulated circuits will power traditional halogen stage lighting, but also all kinds of smart devices, gas discharge and LED lights. Additionally, the room is equipped with 12 non-adjustable auxiliary circuits and 2 32A power circuits
The mechanization of the scene consists of the following devices:
– permanent bridge and portal towers
– audience lighting bridge with electric drive,
– 4 loudspeaker point winches
– 2 fixed auditorium lighting towers
– lighting rail fixed to the audience
– electric sliding curtain
– 6 stage boards with electric drive
– 2 electric stage lighting bridges
– side baffles with a rotating mechanism
– horizontally extended with a manual drive
The set also includes a multimedia installation within the auditorium and the director’s room.
