Completion date: 2012
The building of the Chamber Room of the Powszechny Theatre in Lodz began in 2010, thanks to many years of Director’s Ewa Pilwska efforts, who is in charge of the facility for almost 20 years.
P.S. TEATR was responsible for delivery and installation of the full stage lighting system, including 16 moving heads by Vari*Lite (VL 3500Q Spot, VLX and VL 1100), 98 pcs of luminaires: ETC (Source Four) and Spotlight (Vario PC and Vedette), 8 pcs. of DTS Delta LED floodlights. The lighting system control has been entrusted to MQ100 Pro Console by Chamsys, which supports up to 64 DMX lines. The facility has also been fitted with a wireless DMX transmission system, based on City Theatrical devices.
The lighting control of the Chamber Room’s audience is performed by modern HDL BUS Pro solutions, which is responsible for the audiences’ general lighting, as well as non-regulated systems. The System includes 2 DLP Switch Panels with LCD displays and one 3-Switch panel, together with DMX module and 4-channel relay module. The panels has been installed by the Chamber Room entrances and in the Lighting Operator’s cabin.
